Description
A culmination of five bespoke malts and an extended boil process, and originally brewed in autumn 2021, Vocation’s traditional porter has spent the last 25 months in the depths of their barrel store in barrels previously used to store red wine and whisky.
Initial aromas of cherry and smoke lead into deep and full bodied porter, with notes of toffee, vanilla and plums in abundance. Pinot Noir barrels provide a fruit-rich base upon which the single malt barrels contribute with saline whisky character.
