Caratteristiche e degustazioni Gusto prevalente Amaro Tipo di fermentazione Alta fermentazione Gradi Plato 16.34 Voto RateBeer 3.80 / 5 Stile IPA India Pale Ale Temperatura di servizio 6/8 °C Formati disponibili Lattina 44cl Allergeni Orzo, Frumento, Avena DDH Ipa concretata con una grande quantità di avena e grano, fermentata con lievito London Fog per una sensazione morbida e impiegando il popolare luppolo Citra. Al naso ed al palato dispensa intense e succose note agrumate (limone e pompelmo) con toni fruttati importanti (mango, melone ed uva bianca) ed un tocco floreale, erbaceo, resinoso e speziato. Una pulita e neutra nota maltata in sottofondo bilancia ed arricchisce la degustazione. Al palato è morbida, liscia e setosa, con un corpo ed una saturazione media ed un amaro medio-basso che conduce ad un finale asciutto. Il double dry-hopping conferisce quel carattere "succoso" per il quale questo stile è noto.
