Introducing a fresh IPA, a delightful and airy hop-infused delight crafted with spelt in the grist for an added sense of softness and luxury. Brewed with Mosaic, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin hops, Mosaic takes the lead with the New Zealand legends providing the perfect harmony of bass and drums.

 

The label artwork draws inspiration from the captivating legend of Saint Piran, the patron saint of Cornwall and tin miners. According to the tale, Piran was an Irish abbot exiled by the Irish kings, who tied him to a millstone and cast him off a cliff into the sea. However, evil did not prevail. The wind calmed, and the sea was becalmed, allowing Piran to float serenely on the millstone, free of his bindings. He eventually arrived in Cornwall on March 5th, a day celebrated as the Feast of St. Piran. Explore the interactive label to learn more about his intriguing story.
