the name Thurbo will connect with local history as industrial center and also point out that our beers in the Thurbo series are a bit stronger than the rest of our range of beers. The beer is brewed with oatmeal and smoked malt. The smoked malt as flavor is present but not overpowering giving the beer a little more complexity. This beer is hopped with a single early hop addition. We think that this stout tastes best between 15-18 degrees celsius. This beer is unfiltered and may contain residual yeast.
