Vault City is an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. They set out to modernise a traditional style of brewing with a new take on fruited sours. Since 2018, they’ve focussed on relentless exploration, with a mix of accessible and adventurous flavours.

This ungodly Scottish tradition of double-deep fried dessert style beer from Vault City continues and has been given a festive makeover. The latest iteration is this super high-vaultage imperial stout, brought to life with the help of Nerdbrewing.
