Vault City Brewing Black Velvet

Vault City are an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. They set out to modernise a traditional style of brewing with a new take on fruited sours. Since 2018, they’ve focussed on relentless exploration, with a mix of accessible and adventurous flavours. If you came down to our Pint of Origin event you might be familiar with some of their wilder fruity sours. 

Black Velvet is a ‘pitch black dessert sour’ made with Blackberry, Cherry, Vanilla, White Chocolate, Cacao Nibs, Cholaca and Lactose. Inspired by a traditional red velvet cake, it gives you a  blend of rich dark fruits, velvety chocolate, and creamy vanilla in every sip.
