Smooth, fruity and sparkling with a radiant effervescence, this beer is inspired by the luxurious Peach Bellini cocktail. Bruted for a dry, Champagne-like finish and exploding with magnificent aromas of tropical stone fruit – peach, apricot, nectarine and a dash of citrus – mingling with notes of white wine and gooseberry characteristics from the Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti and Cashmere Cryo hops. A generous splash of peach juice completes this top shelf experience.
