Trillium Brewing Company Fated Farmer: Plum

ABV: 6,9% IBU: N/A STYLE: American Wild Ale The grist of each of the dynamic Fated Farmer wild ales is set on the structure of Valley Malt and is barrel fermented in 500L puncheons with Trillium´s Native New England Wild Culture and aged for 5-7 months, before refermenting on freshly harvested fruit. Fresh plums sourced from Lookout Farm in nearby Natick, Massachusetts lend this rendition of Fated Farmer an enticing nose of wildflower honey and plum, with a hint of lavender. A palate of tart plums is balanced by a crisp, lemony undertone. Appearance is an opaque, slightly hazy straw color.
