Hazy Pale Ale | 500ml | ABV 5.5% It's been a while since I've had Hazy PA. Peacharine, which I could only secure a small amount of even after going all the way to Freestyle, has a layered flavor that makes its rarity understandable. There's a peach flavor, of course, but also apricot and passion fruit. Citra is used to boost the citrus notes, resulting in a dry and crisp Pale Ale that fully showcases the characteristics of the hops. The body is light and airy, and the silky texture is pleasant. It has a danky character, yet evokes ripe peaches, sweet and crunchy with a bitter edge.
