This is a porter based on Anspach & Hobday's London Black Porter that is an absolute classic. We're utilizing a few things that are new to us, including a heavy dose of mosaic hops in the brewhouse, and adding the dark malt in a different way. We're also doing a decoction mash on this — which Daniel at Anspach & Hobday also has never done and wants to learn from. Using a yeast that should give a nice clean aroma.
