Dieses Bier schreit förmlich "SOMMER! SONNE!" - das Gose to Hollywood von To Ol aus Kopenhagen ist eine Ode an das warme Kalifornien. Die Gose wurde neben Salz, auch mit Orangen gebraut, hat neben einer mineralischen Säure also auch tolle zitrusfruchtige Noten. Mit leichten 3,8% Alkohol überzeugt das Gose to Hollywood außerdem durch seine angenehme Trinkbarkeit. Als Hopfen wurde dabei passenderweise nur Citra verwendet, der dem Bier weitere fruchtige Noten verleiht.
