To Øl CPH Lemon Lime Time

Lemon Lime Time is our new sour, featuring only lemon and lime zest and no juice at all.We wanted to try something slightly different with a sour base, rather than adding fruit purre.
We zested several kilos of lime and lemons by hand, and then added them to the finished beer. The beer recirculated on the zest for several days, in order to hit the exact flavor we wanted.
