A rich and robust foundation of pale malt lends notes of sourdough bread, honey, and pizza crust while the mix of noble bittering hops mingle with assertively aromatic American hops. This Pils has many of the hallmarks that we love in the style; detailed and refreshing flavour, crisp and snappy texture, firm bitterness and a clean finish. The subtle touch of American hops provide a unique fruity component on the finish.
