Los amantes del café y la cerveza negra están de enhorabuena, ya que Porterhouse, renombrados pioneros de la elaboración de cerveza artesanal, acaban de lanzar su Aged Coffee Stout en edición limitada.
Se trata de una colaboración entre Porterhouse Brew Co Stout y Silverskin Coffee, en una asociación rica en chocolate y café envejecida en barrica, y el resultado es la primera Barrel Aged Imperial Coffee Stout de Irlanda elaborada con cerveza fría.
Fruta tropical a raudales
Vista: color negro oscuro con espuma densa y durardera. Olfato: extremadamente aromática, donde caramelo, alcohol y café son los protas. Gusto: en boca es igualmente intensa con esas notas a café macerado y chocolate.

Boiled for over 24 hours, to give incredibly deep & rich flavours. Las Amapolas coffee (Guatemala) added towards the end of fermentation, from Silverskin Coffee Roasters. Aged for 9 months in Bourbon casks from Dingle Distillery. 10 litres of coldbrew, Las Amapolas added in the condition phase.
A deep & rich full bodied Imperial Stout. Coffee driven with hints of Chocolate & Whiskey, that make this a brew not to be missed.
