El que segueix sent un fet menys conegut és que tots dos Plinis eren en realitat oncle i nebot, per la qual cosa semblava de la màxima importància crear Plini l’Oncle i explicar la resta de la història.

És una west coast IPA tradicional d’aspecte transparent i color ambar clar. En olor destaquen les notes cítriques i herbals, també trobem unes certes notes de fruita d’os madura. En sabor trobem també aquestes notes cítriques en un glop rodó que et convida a prendre un altre.

Esta cerveza en colaboración con el Roses y Torrades, es un homenaje a dos grandes cervezas americanas que llevan el nombre de personajes históricos de la antigua Roma: Pliny el Viejo (autor, naturalista y filósofo natural) y Pliny el Joven (abogado, autor y magistrado).

Lo que sigue siendo un hecho menos conocido es que ambos Plinys eran en realidad tío y sobrino, por lo que parecía de la máxima importancia crear Plini d’oncle, oncle es tio en català y explicar el resto de la historia.

Es una west coast IPA tradicional de aspecto transparente y color ambar claro. En olor destacan las notas cítricas y herbales, también encontramos unas ciertas notas de fruta de hueso madura. En sabor encontramos también estas notas cítricas en un trago redondo que te invita a tomar otro.

This beer, in collaboration with Roses and Torrades, is a tribute to two great American beers named after historical figures of ancient Rome: Pliny the Elder (author, naturalist and natural philosopher) and Pliny the Younger (lawyer, author and magistrate).

What remains a lesser known fact is that both Pliny were actually uncle and nephew, so it seemed of the utmost importance to create Pliny the Uncle and tell the rest of the story.

It is a traditional West Coast IPA with transparent appearance and light amber color. In smell, the citrus and herbal notes stand out, we also find certain notes of ripe stone fruit. Ver menos
