Description

Pale Ale – Australian – Bottle 500ml – 5.5%

5-6% abv. Malted barley. Dry and light-bodied to better showcase the individuality of the hops in both aroma and flavour. A basic recipe is followed, with each batch utilising different hop varieties from around the world based on seasonality, availability, and the whims of the brewer.

Le sue birre sono figlie di una sperimentazione continua condotta sui luppoli, sui malti e sulle ricette più tradizionali. Le Pale Ale hanno una gradazione che varia da 5% a 5,8% vol, un'aromaticità spiccata giocata sui luppoli mantenendo una struttura di fondo morbida e dolce. In questa versione Ella è il luppolo protagonista con le sue note fresche e floreali caratterizza i sentori sia al naso che al palato.
