Like, what makes a pie a pie, and not a cobbler? Is it still a pie if it’s square-shaped? Inspired by the pie-like desserts, we treated our bourbon barrel-aged ale with blueberries, huckleberries, and Tahitian vanilla beans for a big doughy dessert beer.
