Once upon a time in a little garage on the headland of North Bondi lived a nano brewery, where all types of non-commercial beers have been brewing in secret for the past few years by brewer Paul Parks.

The dream became real once he teamed up with his mate from up north, Brendan Mckenna and the brewing company was formed in 2016.

Originally formed as Ben Buckler Brewery in 2016, The Bondi Brewing Co launched Bondi Beach's first craft beer in the summer of 2018 and operate a small lab in a garage North Bondi to this day, to brew and scientifically test all of their latest small batch innovations. Introducing...BONDI THICC. The Bondi Brewing Co. Hazy Thicc is a 6% ABV hazy, juicy NEIPA that's loaded with Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy hops and brewed with Norwegian Kveik Espe super yeast, which spreads up the production process, and yields characters of lychee, pear, and tropical fruit. Thicc, hazy, juicy and goes down an absolute treat!
