Soirée is a medium dry still cider made with hand picked apples from unsprayed trees in Somerset, fermented naturally over the border in Dorset. Cold racked to keep some residual sweetness with balanced classic fruity tannin. Succulent notes of baked apple & golden syrup with a colour to match.
