A blend that includes mostly jersey cider varieties, which refers to the apples conical shape, with Ashton Brown Jersey taking the lead role. Also includes Harry Masters Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Michelin and Browns. Apples handpicked from traditional, unsprayed Somerset orchards.
