A sweet, sparkling tannic cider with notes of bruised apple and toffee.

Made with the cider varieties Dabinett, Ashton Brown Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters Jersey, Michelin, Chisel Jersey and Browns. Apples handpicked from traditional, unsprayed Somerset orchards. Whole juice, 24 hour maceration, wild yeast, and cold racked to retain natural sweetness. Disgorged by hand. Medium sweet pet nat cider. 750ml. 5.3% vol.
