Stewart Brewing St Giles

Founded in 2004, Stewart Brewing is Edinburgh’s local, independent brewery which is based on three basic principles: to produce beers of the highest quality possible, to provide exceptional service to their customers and to have fun doing it. Over the years, they have continued to innovate and develop whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history. Brewed with the intention of adding a twist to the Scotch Ale style and is named after one of Edinburgh’s most famous landmarks, St. Giles Cathedral.  St. Giles is brewed with traditional Scottish malts and American Cascade hops. Full bodied in flavour, rich and smooth with coffee and chocolate flavours. St. Giles is an award winning beer including the Scottish Beer Awards Best British Style (Gold) 2019.
