Founded in 2004, Stewart Brewing is Edinburgh’s local, independent brewery which is based on three basic principles: to produce beers of the highest quality possible, to provide exceptional service to their customers and to have fun doing it. Over the years, they have continued to innovate and develop whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history. Their Project 7 Series started in 2018 and enables their brewers to explore new, exciting beer styles and deliver bold and unique flavours. Brewed with Loral, Idaho-7 and Simcoe Cryo hops, Stewart Project 7 Nor'Easter is a cloudy and juicy beer with a hit of stone fruits and zesty tangerine.
