St. Peter’s Brewery Co. Jubilee Ale

St. Peter’s Brewery is based at St. Peter South Elmham, near Bungay in Suffolk. The brewery itself was built in 1996 and is set in a range of traditional former agricultural buildings adjacent to St. Peter’s Hall.  St. Peter's uses water from their own deep borehole with locally malted barley and Kentish hops to produce their range of cask conditioned ales and bottled beers.  They brew so-called traditional beers, such as bitters and milds.  Up until the nineteenth century, it was common to add fruit and honey to beers to create special seasonal beers and St. Peter's are replicating this with some of their more unusual beers.  Their vision is to introduce delicious, interesting ales and beers to a world market.  St Peters Jubilee Ale is a limited edition light session ale. English Pale malts couple with Challenger and Goldings hops, adding bitterness and aroma. St Peters Jubilee Ale has been created to mark the momentous occasion of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
