A blend from the remaining parts of the old orchard. It was lovely having access to a bit of Yarlingon Mill again and you can see the colour in the blend, a rich dark orangey hue. The Chisel Jersey brings its higher levels of astringency giving the cider a strong structure, the Foxwhelp lifting it all and making it dance a little. We are happy with this blend that the orchard more or less dictated to us (we limited the Foxwhelp a bit) so much we have made it again in 22. This orchard is rich in biodiversity and the cider is complex. Medium Dry, Sparkling, Disgorged. 750ml. 6.5%.
