Deep gold in colour, aromas of fruity, fresh malted barley accented with newly-mown grass carry through to boiled sweets and subtle cake spice notes on the palate. For a relatively big beer itâs easy to drink, with low to moderate bitterness and a crisp finish. Pair with smoked ham or a huge plate of pork knuckle and dream of Alpine sunshineâ¦
