L’abbondante utilizzo di malti Pale, Wheat e Munich, donano note di panificazione e biscotto. Sullo sfondo qualche tocco di caramello, erbaceo e resinoso di aghi di pino. Corpo medio-pieno, saturazione media. Morbida e con una consistenza cremosa, al palato, dove rivela una sapidità agrodolce che richiama l’olfatto, è perfettamente bilanciata: frutta, marmellata d’agrumi, resina e qualche erba, adagiati su un’importante base maltata. Finale medio-lungo, secco ed amaro, dove fa capolino un allettante calore alcolico.
