If you like big red wines this is your beer as the beer is matured in exactly the same way as red wine, just faster.Fresh, hugely hopped and intensely floral with burgundy like inky tannins and hop resins to the fore, after six months the tannins have almost faded whilst the floral hops have been replaced with a subtle, spicier character.Live bottle conditioned.A gluten free beer suitable for coeliacs.
