6.2% Carpenter Ranches in the Yakima Valley provided us with an exquisite crop of fresh-picked Idaho 7 hops. These wet-hops go from the fields of Yakima into the whirlpool on brewday in just a few hours, preserving the unique essence of the harvest. The result is a dynamic mix of tropical fruit flavors and aromas, with elements of mango, papaya, pineapple, sweet pepper, and melon vying for attention. A touch of green tea and herbal spice peeks out on the finish. Medium-bodied with low bitterness.
