Chasing Daylight is a brand new West Coast-style IPA that we have hit with an all-time hop combo of Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Chinook and Riwaka. The malt bill for this banger definitely leans more new school, with a light and crispy colour that brings plenty of body to carry the mountain of hops that's to follow. On the nose, prepare to be hit with strong wafts of pithy orange citrus, and a backup hit of resin that borders on dank. On the palate this beer is CLEAN. There is a snappy upfront bitterness that flows through the mid palate bringing with it a drippy and mouthcoating display of fresh sticky hop nectar. Sticky orange, dank passionfruit, grapefruit zest and a hint of overipe stonefruit all coating to perfection.
