is a dry-hopping process that provides an explosion of hop aromas! For this Bucket List beer, we also chose Cryo hops.During the fermentation phase, we added Kveik: this is a Norwegian brewer’s yeast, a very natural and pure yeast that gives a special effect to the beer.

Kayak the scandinavian Fjords is a blonde double IPA that combines a bitterness of 50 IBU with a strong dose of dry-hops. Thanks to the alcohol percentage of 7.2%, the beer also has a nice full-bodied taste.
