A sip of our green hop pilsner feels like you are standing in the middle of the Hallertau hop fields. The green gold is processed in the brew as a freshly harvested cone and thus develops an intense range of aromas that differ from harvest to harvest. Since the beer is not filtered, it appears a little fuller-bodied and even more aromatic than our classic pilsner.

The Schönramer Grünhopfen Pils is a seasonal specialty beer. We collect the freshly harvested hops directly from our hop farmers in Hallertau and process them undried in our brewhouse a few hours later. This is how we bring the typical taste of the hop harvest to your glass.

Beer style: Pils/Kellerpils

Optics: Opal, light yellow with a greenish tinge, topped with a lush, stable and white foam

Aroma: Grassy, ​​floral-fruity

Taste: Surprisingly full-bodied at first, then the peppery hops hit hard with their bitterness and last for a long time.

Mouthfeel: Sparkling and finely sparkling
