A new flavor variation achieved by using caramel and wheat malt for brewing, capturing all the characteristics of “half and half” beer. The idea was to combine the properties of pale and dark beer as is commonly done in
restaurants. Thus a special semi-dark medium fermented amber-colored lager was created, characterized by a light sweet caramel flavor and aroma, refreshing brisk taste, a medium body and delicate bitterness. It is very popular with beer connoisseurs and is appreciated by women of fine taste. A long lasting pale creamy thick head is typical of this beer. Suitable on festive occasions to accompany spicy dishes, poultry or grilled fish. Best served at a temperature between 7 and 9° C in a narrow thin walled glass. Ver menos
