El Dorado and Motueka seemed like obvious options when designing the recipe of this beer; the sharp citrus notes perfectly cutting through the jelly-tot sweetness of El Dorado. The end result is a classic Polly’s pale ale, specifically meant for enjoying with a group of mates in a pint.
