We’ve packed this beer to the nines with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Amarillo and HBC 630, and the result is a beer that bursts with the usual Polly’s checklist – tropical, juicy, and sweet vibes, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the pithy citrus, orange peel and lemon notes to keep everything in check.

We’ll shot this one from the rooftops until we’re physically dragged down – in a world of soupy, pulpy juicebombs, sometimes there ain’t nothing more relaxing than just a simple, clean, crisp pale ale.
