Polly says “Team Brewhouse have opted for a more bedded-in varietal to the Polly’s lineup, but one no less exciting to work with every time it appears on a recipe. Blown away at how intense the latest crop of Azacca was, they wanted to give the platform and showcase to a varietal that very often gets left behind compared to its new school compatriots. A full on stateside slammer, and a bonafide Polly’s favourite, expect to find a full on swagbag of intense mango, papaya, pineapple and citrus notes, with just a hint of spice on the back end to keep everything in check.”
