Dit is een krachtig en licht bier, met delicate esterigheid, bloemige fruitigheid en kruidigheid als voortzetting, maar de zoetheid van de mout ondersteunt de basis. Als beleving is Hirsipuu harmonieus en evenwichtig, zelfs als je het met een waterpas controleert.

Panimoyhtiö Tuju (that’s ‘The Tuju Brewing Company’, for our English readers) was founded in 2015, with the aim of bringing high-quality craft beer culture back to Lappeenranta, Finland. The mission of the brewery, named after the founders’ initials, is to craft great, modern beer using traditional techniques, whereby every step of the process is carried out with clinical precision under extremely strict quality control. The end result is an extreme catalog of tempting beverages from all over the beer spectrum.
