Angeles Crest is our newest West Coast IPA that is brewed with Mosaic Cryo and hand selected Strata hops.
Named after the scenic drive across the San Gabriel Mountains in Southern California, this beer starts as a clear and very pale base of a beer using Pilsner and Wheat malt. It is then hopped very heavily with a five pound per barrel combo of Mosaic Cryo and Strata hops.
The Strata was hand selected by our Head Brewer for flavors of pineapple and dank. Add that that the pineapple/blueberry notes of Mosaic and we have an IPA with layers of flavor that will last a dozen seconds after each sip.

The origin of this remarkable brewery serves as a reminder that great things can emerge from humble beginnings, and that a deep passion, combined with hard work and a touch of magic, can shape dreams into reality.
