The malt body is built on Pale malt, with biscuit notes from Munich and a touch of Carared. Brewed with an English ale yeast and hopped with traditional English varieties—Fuggles and East Kent Goldings—alongside a hint of NZ/US Pacifica and a Citra dry hop to enhance the marmalade character.
