CELLAR MASTER NOTES Another plain and classical release from your humble and obedient servants. Pistachio is the king of the nut family so we didn’t hesitate to put a golden crown on this bottle. But wax is far from being the only thing that makes it noble: it sat for more than a year in a bourbon barrel and we added vanilla to round up the tastes and balance the light saltiness. To be honest, we had nothing to do here: the enormous amount of nuts did most of the job. The chocolaty stout mixed with the oriental vibes of pistachios got twisted by a bit of vanilla, it is soft with moderated carbonation, and the feeling it delivers is royal. We recommend it to everybody who’s ready to admire a sticky-toffee-nutty-chocolaty-vanilla boi.
