Item Description: Made from three vintages from a single orchard. Principally late season Dabinetts, an aromatic Somerset variety, rich in tannins, considered the premier Cider apple. Grown in award-winning orchards less than 7 miles from our Cider Mill in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. The blend of three vintages gives Showerings Triple Vintage a beautifully complex character. The recent 2021 Vintage brings a light freshness whilst the blend is given depth and character from the aged vintages 2017 and 2018. The long, slow gentle fermentations result in a very fine dry cider.
