NOTA DE CATA: Color dorado pajizo, aspecto cristalino, capa de espuma blanca y gruesa, de buena retención. Aromas ligeramente dulces a cereal, galleta y pan, acompañados por notas herbáceas y florales. En boca es crujiente y refrescante, con un cuerpo medio - bajo y una carbonatación alegre. Amargor presente pero equilibrado por los matices dulces del cereal. Final seco.
4,5% vol. / 33 cl. / 39 IBU
INGREDIENTES: Agua, malta de cebada , lúpulo y levadura.
RECOMENDACIONES: Servir a una temperatura en torno a 6 - 8ºC. Marida con cualquier tipo de pescado o marisco, carnes ahumadas o curadas.
