Pühaste Brewery Made in Singapore

Fruited smoothie sour brewed with strawberry, raspberry, red grape, vanilla & chocolate chip cookies. Made in collaboration with Megobrebi in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The texture is thick and smoothie-like when poured into the glass. The color of the beer is purple with a warm pink undertone, foam is light pink. 

The aroma ties together fresh berries and chocolate cookies. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, you can feel raspberries, strawberries and blackberries covered with subtle vanilla sauce, dryness from cocoa and juicy grapes add depth of flavour.

An intense yet playful sour beer that impresses both with its appearance and the complexity of taste.

Inspired by the Estonian dessert "kirju koer" (translates to spotted dog).
