Dal colore dorato velato in questa birra si fondono sentori moderni e luppolati con le note più classiche acidule e funk, conferite dal legno. Al naso ed al palato è secca, fresca e pungente; ben equilibrata tra le note amarognole di luppolo ed i classici sentori aciduli.

Sour IPA frutto della collaborazione con DEYA Brewing Company, prodotta con 4 diverse tipologie di luppolo americano e tedesco e fermentata con brettanomiceti, quindi passata in botte di quercia; in seguito al passaggio in botte, è stato effettuato il dry-hopping ed è stata aggiunta buccia di pompelmo.
Il risultato è una birra hazy, complessa nella sua particolarità, con evidenti note citriche, funky e di frutta matura; non manca di certo il contributo della botte con le sue note legnose e di cantina.
