Desta vez a Ophiussa juntou forças com a Salama de Espoo na Finlândia para nos presentear com mais uma Smoothie Sour incrível e, sendo a Finlândia conhecida pela grande variedade de frutas vermelhas, foi precisamente nestas que focaram a seleção de frutas. Escolheram a amora, o mirtilo e a framboesa como trilogia de frutas vermelhas para esta cerveja pois atribuem-lhe um perfil aromático fantástico de bagas acabadas de colher na floresta. Adicionaram também pêssego que serve de tela a esta pintura em tons de vermelho. Kippis!

Brewery Notes:
This time we joined forces with Salama from Espoo in Finland to gift you with another incredible Smoothie Sour and, as Finland is known for its wide variety of berries, it was precisely on these that we focused our fruit selection. We chose blackberry, blueberry and raspberry as the holly trinity of berries for this beer because they give it a fantastic aromatic profile of berries freshly picked from the forest. We also added peach which serves as a canvas for this red-toned painting. Kippis!
