Mongrel is a juxtaposition of chaos and beauty – a 12-grain imperial stout base employing a collective 18-hour boil with hot-side additions of milk sugar, cocoa nibs, lightly toasted coffee beans, and coconut flakes. Big oof. After extensive conditioning in primary stainless, we’ve then gone and blended and transferred onto a plethora of cocoa beans, vanilla paste, marshmallow fluff, candy syrup, and burnt brown sugar - we loaded this mongrel up with everything we could find. It’s a dog's world, we just live in it.
