История Brasserie LeFort
Омер и Маргарет
В 1898 году Омер Вандер Гинсте познакомился с Маргарет Вандам, внучкой Феликса Вершера, который владел пивоварней LeFort в городе Кортрейк. Пивоварня была основана в 1854 году, и Феликс управлял ей более полувека.
1911
После смерти Феликса в 1911 году, пережившего своих детей и зятя, Маргарет унаследовала пивоварню, а также несколько пабов и кафе в Кортрейке. Производство на LeFort было остановлено, и весь бизнес переместился в Беллегем.
Brasserie LeFort всегда славилась крепкими, согревающими элями. Пивоварня Omer VanderGhinste (Омер Вандер Гинст), продолжая семейные традиции, сегодня выпускает сорта LeFort и Tripel LeFort, следуя классическим рецептам, которые использовались на пивоварне LeFort с XIX века.
