Coriander contributes delicate floral nuances, while orange zest introduces a zesty citrus edge, balancing the honey's inherent sweetness. Palmetto honey imparts a subtle sweetness, but this beer maintains a medium-bodied, invigorating tartness, culminating in a funky Brettanomyces finish.
