We know what gets us up in the morning and keeps us going through the challenging times: Finding new and exciting ways to make delicious beer, meeting and working with like-minded independent souls who are pushing the boundaries of their fields and bringing it all together to create an elevated beer experience for all our thirsty beer drinkers. Tasting Notes: Irish Pale Malt, flaked torrified oats, flaked barley, Cara Clair and a subtle addition no of creamy-sweet lactose, fermented on London III yeast which imparts lovely sweet fruit notes and leaves a soft, fuller, body in the beer and juicy tropical sweetness.
