North Brewing Co. North x The Piggy Brewing Co x I.B.U Bar : New England IPA

This is a collaboration with France’s Piggy Brewing and IBU Bar in Paris - a killer juice bomb loaded with a delicious blend of the most vibrant hops!

Australian Eclipse starts with perfectly ripe, juicy, sour and zesty mandarin, then New Zealand Kohuto leads on to fresh pineapple, plump peach and fresh-squeezed lime, whilst Vic Secret finishes with its signature sweet passionfruit, crushed pine needles and an extra slice of fresh cut pineapple!

Super light on the grist, North have used Pale, Pilsner and Dextrin malt as well as heaps of wheat, and fermented with their house ale yeast to whirl up a fluffy soft base designed for the hops to ooze out their tropical goodness into!
